 When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail as an invoice of your order.

In case you chose PayPal or Revolut payment, we only start processing the order when your payment has been approved and we have debited your card. 

For cash on delivery option, the order will be processed, and payment shall be completed on site, as per our prior arrangement.

Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with payment methods. 

Estimated delivery time depending on the delivery address, and the nature of the ordered goods.

If your order is from our pre-packed tea variety, delivery time is not more than 3 days. If you ordered a special gift box, or something very individualized item, that may take more days,. 

For in-person pick up you can contact us by email or by phone, we are flexible and try to prepare your items ASAP.
